Landmine has had a tweak and it is now much better to use. This is the true melee class that can be used (not the Booster). The Gameplay still involves a lot of waiting as you stay invisible, but you are able to survive for longer.

  4. You’re actually having a bad luck since you’re being chased by an octotank
    for most of the time :/
    I’ve played three FFA games with landmine today, fortunately, I’m not being
    targeted by a specific player or a gang. But this waiting game is a bit
    long and dull, I’m getting a bit bored after like 30 mins.
    I agree that overlords and overseers are the worst enemy (they are the
    reasons why I died in these 3 games). It’s kinda hard for me to predict the
    movement of their drones as the player is not aware I’m hiding somewhere
    nearby anyway. If they find me out accidentally, they totally deserve to
    have all the points from killing me :/

  12. Actually, boosters are landmine’s greatest weakness. If they use the max
    bullet damage, penetration and max movement speed, they can shoot you down
    without you being able to touch them. Had that happen to me two times
    already.

  13. His octo tank build was most likely 0/5/0/0/7/7/7/7. It’s capable of
    killing unsuspecting Overlords and is able to easily survive against 2-3
    (possibly even more) team of rammers. No wonder you had hard time dealing
    him by yourself, a lone rammer can’t really do much against this octo.

  17. The Smasher tree got nerfed, hard. They completely suck right now (yet
    again). Period. I swear to god that the dev is actually trolling with us.
    If I have to make an analogy Landmine is now basically Rammer Stalker with
    just a bit better stats in ramming capabilities, and that’s it. Ramming
    Stalker sucks, and a better stat variant of it doesn’t make it any better.

  19. i used a landmine and rekt’d many lv 45 tanks and made it trough to no 1(
    not even close to 300k but i care more about the kill than the score). i
    killed a pentashot with the name of “stfu”, he keeps chasing me since then.
    when i died, i decided to switch to overlord, but then i got rekt’d by
    “stfu” using a landmine.
    so karma does exists lol
